 Curriculum vitae:

I was born in Leipzig as first child of my father, a surface building
engineer from Laos living in the (former) GER and my mother, a
physically impaired engine building designer. During my early years
I was said to spread fear and horror in the day nursery and the
kindergarten. Some people even dare say I had to be bound to a dog's
leash to avoid further problems. During the first and third to sixth
form I visited the 43.POS (Walter Ulbricht), during the seventh and
eighth form I took part in mathematics and russian olympiads at the
128.POS (Egon-Erwin Kisch) and even received prizes there for first
and second places. This was followed by 4 years at the Thomasoberschule
Leipzig where I learnt to translate old languages (latin and greek).
By the way, our teacher was really great in this area.
Before I could start studying, I had to accomplish 3 three at the NVA.
After that, in September 1988, I devoted myself to studying scientific
device building (?) at the Friedrich-Schiller university of Jena.
1991 I parallely started studying mathematics. Since April 1995 I am
a fully equipped graduated enginner specialized on data bases. However,
I do still continue my studies of mathematics (especially anything that
has to do with image processing) until I'll be able to make my dream
come true - an institute of my own, specialized on technical
     education ;-)

Projects (as of Juli 5th, 1995):

MPIII:Pearls/text - text directory of the "Meeting Pearls III",
emphasis on FAQs and their automatic sorting and processing via ARexx.

ninjiDT - comfortable on-line ARexx maintaining of modules (without
MUI), including the ability to move/delete/xPack modules.

IMHO - collection of special tips and courses on adaption of and
experience with soft- and hardware, with my own LaTeX style and
option to easily include graphics even if you are not a LaTeXie.

Clauber - system monitor for DOS functions, targeted at dynamically
modifying the destination locations of files when installing software
and also at creating deinstallation packages (also concerning the
problem of multiply used shared libraries).

SampleManager - Sample analysis with one dimensional pattern
recognition, FFT, logic indexing etc. as well as a database of commonly
     used samples.

ninjiMU - even more comfortable path oriented file protection
administration tool for the MultiUser filesystem with a MUI GUI.

     Anime-Manga CD - create a CD-ROM with Anime-Manga images.

 Favourite food:

Anything that is nutritious and contains little spoilt dripping. I do
cook quite often and most of the time not just for me. Usually I do
improvise with all kinds of meat and fish pieces, stewed vegetables
and asian herbs, sometimes accompanied by a bit of rice. :-)
At times I also happen to prepare giant yeast dumplings (?) or the
european standard meals - but never following the recipe (they are
only good for baking). Apart from that I am very fond of sweets.

Favourite activities (as of Juli 5th, 1995):

     - most of all being curious
     - caring for little children
     - going for a dance (anything from folk-dance to Tekkno)
     - not so often (but like it) I go to a theatre or concert (ranging from
Joan Baez over Mussorgski and Tschaikowski to the "Toten Hosen").
     - sports: first of all diving (summer), Inline skating (for 2 weeks
now), eastern sports involving wood-made arms, in former times also
sky-diving, long distance running/walking/crawling back home.
     - tinkering - my favourite toys are clocks, small mechanical devices,
A500's named "panda" and electronic ignition devices.

 Hardware (as of...oh well):

     A500 with GVP-SCSI-II controller and 120MB harddisk, 1MB Chip,
4MB Chap, SyQuest's SQ3270 with several media (are they also
hardware?), flicker fixer and b/w VGA monitor, for 3 months connected
to a local net with an A4000/30 and a LINUX box
pocket calculator MR 610 with 2 switches and 40 keys ;-).
